The hotel staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. We loved the strategic location, it was close to the local mosque and other great attractions. the rooms were clean and tidy, and the price was excellent for what was offered. Another great advantage was the option to request a room on a lower floor, which was perfect for those who struggle with stairs.
There was no option for those with disabilities or the sick to have a room on a lower floor without having to request this in advance. This could be improved in the future to make it more convenient for all guests.
